The terms governing use of Transtar Networks' services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the services provided by Transtar Networks Oy (business ID 3407638-8, Hitsaajankatu 6 A 40, 00810 Helsinki, Finland — "Transtar", "we"). By using the Services, you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms. Where a separate signed agreement exists, that agreement prevails.
Transtar provides EU-resident AI infrastructure and regulatory-intelligence services as described on our website and in any applicable order or agreement (the "Services"). We may update, improve, or modify the Services over time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the Services only for lawful business purposes.
You agree not to use the Services to violate any law or third-party rights, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data, to interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services, or to resell or sublicense the Services except as expressly permitted in writing. You are responsible for the data you submit and its lawful basis.
Fees, where applicable, are set out in the relevant order or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes. We will give reasonable notice of changes to recurring fees.
Transtar retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services and underlying technology. You retain all rights to your data and to the outputs you create using the Services, subject to these Terms. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during the term.
Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where Transtar processes personal data on your behalf, by our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own, and will use it only as necessary to perform under these Terms.
We provide the Services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties to the extent permitted by law. The Services support, but do not replace, your own legal and compliance judgement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and each party's aggregate liability is limited as set out in the applicable agreement. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Services. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within a reasonable period. On termination, your right to use the Services ends, and data is handled per the DPA and Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland and applicable EU law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
